As of the latest updates:

  1. Leading-edge processors are currently being manufactured using 5nm and 4nm processes. These include processors like Apple's A15 Bionic (5nm), Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (4nm), and MediaTek Dimensity 9000 (4nm).

  2. Mid-range and budget processors are commonly based on 6nm, 7nm, or 8nm processes. For instance, processors like Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G (6nm), MediaTek Dimensity 1200 (6nm), and Samsung Exynos 1080 (5nm).

  3. Older or entry-level processors may still be based on 10nm, 12nm, or larger processes. Examples include Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 (11nm) and MediaTek Helio G95 (12nm).
